Description

After completing this training course, you will receive the full NVQ Level 2 qualification. Learn at your own pace at home – it’s possible to become a fully qualified beauty therapist within 6 months of enrolment. You are required to complete five and a half practical training days, as well as complete home study and a portfolio alongside a minimum of 3 practical assessment days and one written assessment day. Choose the dates that suit you as we run many courses throughout the year.

Our VTCT NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy is a highly recognised vocational qualification covering a wide range of topics. Throughout this course, you will learn how to understand facial skincare, complete waxing treatments, complete a manicure and pedicure, apply makeup, maximise additional services to clients, as well as ensure health and safety procedures are maintained.

Norfolk Beauty School provides all the tools and equipment you require on training days. However, you will need to purchase a kit for home practice and on exam assessment days. We will guide you on what pieces to purchase and where from. You will also be required to purchase the latest edition of the Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2 Book. On assessment days, you will need to bring a model.

Dress code: Please wear salon attire on training and assessment days – A salon tunic, black trousers, closed toe black shoes. Makeup and hair tied back is required.

We welcome all enquiries. Chat to an NVQ adviser to learn more about the course structure and portfolio process.
