About the Gel Polish Course

In this course, you’ll learn about the basics of a manicure along with everything there is to know about gel polish. This beginners training is unbranded, meaning you can use your preferred nail products. This one day course covers a range of elements. Your experienced instructor will talk you through nail theory, including how to spot nail disorders, cuticle preparation, differing nail shapes, anatomy and application of gel polish. You’ll also learn about the removal of nail polish, how to prepare for treatment and aftercare. Furthermore, you’ll discover how to complete a client consultation.

On the day of the course, we will provide you with the equipment and tools required to develop your skills in gel nail polish. You will discover how to use both French gel polish and coloured nail polish. We’ll also teach you how to find the best brands to use on clients – from IBD to Shellac. You will have to practice on other students so expect to receive a nail treatment.
