About the Basic Hair Colouring Techniques Course
With our Basic Hair Colouring Techniques Course, you’ll be able to create stunning coloured hair on your clients, from highlights to a full head application. This fully accredited two-day course comprises a range of elements and will teach you the skills needed to competently create coloured hair with confidence. During training, you will learn how to assess your clients’ hair, complete a consultation with a client, give advice on suitable hair colours, as well as learning various hair colouring techniques.
From highlights with foils to a full head colour, you will be able to give your clients the best colour treatment. You will also learn about aftercare and health and safety. As this course is intended for beginners, you’ll be given colour demonstrations by an experienced tutor before practicing yourself.
We provide tools and equipment to be used on the day of training. However, we recommend purchasing your own kit so you can practise at home. Students will work on a training head. After you have finished your course, we provide additional learning support should you require it and our knowledgeable team are on hand to answer any queries you may have.
